Memorial for Paws works exclusively with approved pet cemeteries, crematories, and aftercare providers. We do not sell products directly through this website to pet owners.
All memorial pieces are handcrafted and made to order based on photographs and requirements submitted by our partner businesses.
Because each piece is uniquely created, standard returns are generally not available once production has begun.
If a partner believes an order has a quality issue or does not match the approved specifications, please contact us at contact@memorialforpaws.com. We will review the case and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Every felt memorial is individually handcrafted, making production time and artisan resources an important part of each order.
Orders may be adjusted or cancelled before production begins, subject to the agreement with the partner.
Once production has started, cancellations are generally not available because materials and labor have already been committed.
If additional refinements are needed after delivery, we will work with our partner to evaluate reasonable modification options whenever possible.
Our goal is to ensure every memorial piece reflects the pet's unique appearance as accurately as possible.

Every Memorial for Paws creation is individually handcrafted from reference photographs. While our artisans carefully recreate each pet's distinctive features, slight handmade variations are a natural characteristic of artisan-made memorial pieces and are not considered manufacturing defects.
